The dimensions shown are in order of internal x external x width. The SL type cylindrical roller bearings have extremely high radial load carrying capacity, high rigidity and are suitable for compact designs. These are semi-locating type bearings and support high radial forces and axial forces in one direction, guiding shafts axially in one direction. In the opposite direction, they act as non-locating bearings. Bearings in this series have only one rib on the inner ring and a self-retaining rolling element set which means that the inner ring can be removed from the bearing. The benefit of this is that fitting and dismantling is considered a lot easier.
